You've probably been looking for info in magazines, on forums, and other sites, but you STILL haven't been able to find a complete program giving you everything you need. I've read Ultimate MMA Training & Conditioning Program and below you can find my review.
My Progress
As I am 25 years old with quite some job and family obligations. I am currently not participating in tournaments anymore but was looking for a sensible approach to augment my 3-4 weekly martial art trainings (Krav Maga, Luta Livre) with S&C in a manageable way.
This approach helped a lot in getting my head straight in this regard. I still want to progress in training and keep up with the young "bucks" in Luta Livre sparring. This is a grappling art that I started to train in a few weeks ago and it fascinates me a lot!
Ultimate MMA Training & Conditioning Program has been a tremendous help in getting better at MMA and, aside from that, getting a much better and fitter physique.
Conclusion
Ultimate MMA Training And Conditioning Program was very helpful in improving my techniques as well as increasing my endurance and physique. I will keep using this program and post more reviews along the way!

MMA Insurance: Advisable Answer for MMA Athletes
Sports practice requires special insurance, and full contact combat sports are a special category here because of the higher risk of injury. Accidents are inherent to training and cage combat, and it is the downside of mixed martial arts in general although there are many great parts too such as physical fitness and discipline. In the past there was insufficient MMA insurance coverage or the costs of the premiums were too high to pay. Thanks to the Martial Arts Accident and Liability Insurance Program, full contact combat sports are no longer a problem when the participants have injury claims. According to this program, policy holders get coverage for bill payment up to $250,000.
There are all sorts of terms and conditions that users have to be aware of when choosing an MMA insurance plan. For example, you should know that the plan only covers the treatment costs of injuries that have resulted from mixed martial arts training or competition fighting. There is no coverage for health problems that are not related to MMA practice. Moreover, the treatment is paid out of the pocket if the health problem results from the consume of drugs or narcotics. Furthermore, family members are not covered, and dental coverage is only limited to injuries caused in fighting.
The MMA insurance plan can be used by trainees and trainers alike, with the possibility to get coverage for the entire martial arts school or studio. Therefore, be well informed on what kind of claims you can make and what are the situations for which you are insured. Prejudices and unfounded claims may be the consequences of poor knowledge of the MMA insurance plan. Don't sign a contract without clarifying all aspects with the insurance company or broker. Moreover, check with the Better Business Bureau and see whether the insurer is authorized to sell policies.
For a martial arts studio that needs an MMA insurance, an average minimum quote would be $500 per year, but the costs are usually higher because there is also a minimum rate per person per year. The amount of the monthly premiums influences the choice of the plan; yet, do not neglect the coverage options too. You can pay more for more. Limitations and extensions are also possible, but you have to check them from the very beginning in order to avoid unpleasant surprises.

What should I eat starting off MMA training?
I'm starting training MMA in 2 weeks and I'm not sure how I should diet. I need to lose about 10 pounds and figure that will happen through training but I want to start the right diet before I begin training. Any suggestions on a meal plan or a good book?
Almost all fighters have a very healthy diet.
GSP - low carb, high protein.
BJ Penn - All organic and natural, no processed food (bread, pasta etc.)
I am currently dieting also, im following GSP's low carb, high protein diet while also eating all organic food like BJ Penn.
My diet goes like this.
Breakfast - 2 eggs omelet with spinach and tomatoe.
Lunch - 8 ounce of baked organic chicken breast with steamed carrots and broccoli.
Afternoon snack - half cup of orange juice and an organic apple.
Dinner - 2 boiled eggs, 8 ounce of fish with some steamed veggies.
I have lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks. Remember you have to exercise plenty. I jog 3 miles every day.
