How do I move a large heavy box upstairs?
I recently purchased a treadmill, which came in a 250 lb box which is very large.
Unfortunately, because of a variety of vacations on other issues, none of my friends will be able to come out to where we live to help out for a few weeks.
My question is there any easy way for my wife and myself to move such a large box upstairs without killing ourselves? The box dimension are 7 ft by 3 ft by 1 ft, and it weights 250 lbs.
We've tried plain old lifting, but it's too heavy for the two of us... so is there any tools that we can use or are easy to get which would help us?

go to U-Haul and rent an appliance dolly. don't get the hand truck the dolly has a strap and ratchet to secure the load. I bought one at Sears for about $100...
