Elbows.
Learning to throw elbows in Thai Boxing is an incredible tool to do some major damage to your opponent. If you're connecting with elbows and your opponent isn't knocked out, then they are likely cut up enough to stop the match.
Throwing elbows when standing up also prepares you to throw them when on the ground. This adds immensely to your ground and pound attack.
Knees.
Thai boxing utilizes knees like no other striking art. There are some fighters that lock on a Thai clinch, and throw knee after knee destroying their opponent.
Watch Anderson Silva or Shogun Rua to see to beautiful Muay Thai knees thrown from the clinch.
Combination.
Muay Thai kick-boxing teaches you to strike from many points. Shins, knees, elbows, and fists combined together into an ultimate combination that fighters can't keep track of where all these strikes are coming from.
Again training the combinations standing up will often work for the ground too. Throwing knees to the body and elbowing to the body and head gives you a huge advantage on the ground.
These are just a few reasons to be training Muay Thai Kick-Boxing for Mixed-martial arts. Add a complete MMA strength and conditioning program to get the power and stamina behind every strike you throw.

Preventing Anger And Frustration Throughout The Game
Video games are not simple. There are plenty of them which are usually very hard. However, we get quickly upset when we play a video game which is hard to handle. To put it differently, a scenario that is said to be an enjoyable pastime becomes something which is frustrating already. For this reason the game should be fun from the beginning to end, below are great tips that can help you:
1. Praise the winner. No, it's not about kneeling in front of the rival just because she or he won the game. It indicates that it will not harm to praise the one who triumphed in the boxing match or the car race. By appreciating the endeavor of the winner, it can actually decrease the pressure and both players will still take pleasure in taking part in the game.
2. Have patience. Your gaming friends might not be as quick, as coordinated, or as smart as you. So if you find your normal game speed slowing down, don't criticize. You can calmly plan your next moves or you could provide some help if you notice that your mates seem lost. It will encourage cooperation and reduce the level of stress included in playing a difficult game.
3. Give a break. The truth is, doing some stretches, going to the comfort room or discussing other things can alleviate the stress being gathered in the game. You need to know that a extended game really can be tedious.
4. Play an inclusive type of game. It will always be an excellent idea to allow every player to play their role to complete the game. Make sure that not a single person feels that he or she is just someone filling another player's space. By means of equal cooperation, the game will surely be more fun.
5. Give a room to think about the suggestion of other players. Do not apply that attitude wherein you think you know every thing. By attempting to listen to what one has to say, you might find out a new strategy which could be more effective.
6. Make sure every person play the game. As a result, nobody would actually feel ignored or grow to be socially remoted. If the game only requires three players but there are 4 of you in the team, hand the other person your controller to help her or him have the enjoyment in playing. Because of this, everybody gets the chance have fun.
7. Vow to keep the voice level and cursing to a minimum. That almost goes without saying, but to circumvent arguments, agree beforehand to not cross the line when it comes to debating about a particular tactic or choosing a game to play. Many of the most severe quarrels stem from the silliest arguments. However, you can avoid a flare up of your group just by keeping a cool composure during the entire session.
By observing the guidelines mentioned previously, you could engage on a game that is genuinely enjoyable regardless of how challenging it is to complete it.
