Laughing in the face of adversity: Female security guards, and why you need one

Sexism is clearly the opening topic for 2011; need the names Andy Gray and Richard Keys even be reverberated? Demeaning women is so 1900s, but it has caused a surge in controversial, topical debate causing most publications to scream the question; ‘Is sexism rife in 2011?'

A look across job spectrums shows that there will always be leniency towards the male species in certain roles, but sometimes a female hand in those areas can actually improve and offer a new service altogether.
