Looking for some good kinect fighting games? Well with the intial introduction of the kinect controller only one main kinect fighting game was introduced and that is Fighters Uncaged. So with the Xbox kinect controller there are no guns, no blades, just your body is the deadly weapon! It's time to release the free fighting spirit in you. But there are two more kinect fighting games due for release in 2011.
Fighters Uncaged has 21 different gritty game environments in which players will be matched up against enemies with distinct fighting styles and character attributes.
Fighting with the kinect controller can take a little to master; you don't need you to punch hard. You simply have to move your hand forward for a punch. This game does not require you to do a full body punch to get someone in the gut, instead starting with your hands in guard mode, you make a circle to the outside pointed diagonally downward. Also, moves are only possible from certain distances which are clearly marked at all times. So, you can't uppercut somebody from long range. And you can't round kick a knee from long range. You have to be up close. Once we worked this out, the game got a LOT better.
"UFC Trainer" is a fighting game that places players in the iconic mixed martial arts fighting cage, known as the octagon, with the most devastating MMA fighters to be found in the UFC. This is due for release the first half of 2011.
Steel Battalion -Heavy Armour" will have its own Xbox kinect version of this fighting game in 2011, there are more details to come. Steel Battalion: Heavy Armor will take place in Manhattan of 2082 following the collapse of the computer microchip, which decreased the level of technology on Earth. The United States has lost most of its territory to foreign invaders, and from the stronghold of New York City, the U.S. military is planning a new offensive to take back the country. This should be due out in the later part of 2011.
